    Im back and feeling terrible

    I restarted Atkins and on day 3 now. I feel terrible, tired, flu like symptoms, low mood and zero appetite. I'm trying to force food into my mouth but it makes me feel sick. I'm drinking lots of water but probably not enough.
    Today I forced myself to eat but I couldn't finish it
    I'm in ketosis as I checked on the sticks (purple) which probably means I'm Dehydrated too.
    I have zero energy. I don't remember feeling this bad all the other times I've been low carbing!
