How often do you step on those scales to see the results? I'm tempted to have a sneaky peek in the morning even though it's only been a couple days so see if I'm heading in the right direction - don't know if I can hold out until Saturday! x

LOL I know, it's so tempting - but see if you can hold off for a week - the scales fluctuate up and down during the week like you wouldn't believe, and it's really offputting to see the needle going the wrong way.
So, resist and then you can throw a party, so to speak, on WI (weigh in) day
My WI is Saturday - let's compare then!

I throw my scales out because i was on them every day. I will just weigh myself when i go over to my mums in 2 weeks. So by then i will have hopefully seen a result.!

Definitely weigh weekly or bi-weekly! The first week is a bit of an exception but once your loss levels out to about 2lb a week it can be disheartening to daily weigh.
