    Coffee??

    Is Cafe Maid coffee creamer ok to use on Atkins.. I'm looking to buy the little cream portions you usually get in cafes.. An this brand is on sale in my local Costco but I'm unsure if its ok to use?? Please help

    I don't know the brand but try googling the carbs - some of those little packs have sugar etc added. Real cream is much better.

    It said it contained glucose.. An the box comtained 120 12ml pots. The outside of the box said 10 carbs per 100g which didn't really help a newbie like me. I'm starting Atkins Monday and have ordered some single cream pots from Amazon. Better be safe than sorry .. Wish me luck
