Thread: Just found a new use for my sandwich toastie maker thingy

Well I am absolutely useless at making omelettes,they always turn into a kind of scrambled egg.this morning the kids asked for a toastie sandwich,then I had a lightbulb moment I poured the egg mixture into the toastie maker and volia I had a perfect omelette,tried with putting cheese and egg in the mixture and it works a treat.. So yay the toastie maker won't make its once yearly trip out of the cupboard anymore...I just need to find a permanent spot for it now
