    NEWBIE.SOME ADVICE PLEASE

    hello everon i really really want to give this diet ago. how good do you find the results. and not matter how hard i try i cant firue out how to do the diet, can anyone explain it in more simple terms please?

    Hi Lauren - do you have a copy of the Atkins diet book? That explains the diet the best. In the meantime you can have a read of the 'so you're thinking of starting atkins' thread in the sticky section which will tell you the basics.

    Make sure you have a good read and fully understand before you start.

    I lost nearly 4 stone in around 7 months last year xx

    I'm just starting out. Have just done two days of Cambridge Diet (I've been on it a few times before) and I just can't stomach it anymore!

    I need real food. I really hope the Atkins works for me, because I'm getting so fed up of being on and off Cambridge.
