    I just cannot behave

    Ive felt fantastic during my time on Atkins (about 2 months including a month off for December) but now i just cant seem to behave.

    The last week and a half has been a complete write off, im eating things i dont even like compared to the amazing things i can eat when im being 100%

    Why why why am i sabotaging myself like this

    You should sit down and examine what has been going on in your life recently and how you feel about it. When you decide to eat something stop first and ask yourself if you really want it or are you eating it because you don't want to deal with your feelings. I would make a list of all the reasons, physical and psychological, that you want to lose weight and put it up on the fridge and in the pantry were you can see it before you open it up to grab something.
