Not sure if anyone here remembers me, but last time I was here I was a student and had lost almost 8 stone..things have changed somewhat! I am now settled with OH in a place I hate which leads to comfort eating as I have nobody here and we are both always at work, I have an 8 month old daughter and I have graduated...I am also back where I started weight wise
I have lost the same stone about 5 times since giving birth, using exante, ww, sw, calorie counting and carb cycling and gained it straight back, I seem to have a mental block once I lose a stone!
Feeling desperate I remembered go lower, and once I recieved a call the advisor had me sold...until I was told it would cost me £300 a month for some ready meals, no thanks! But, liking the idea of cereal and portioned meals I started to research and found the supplier they use for the breakfasts and snacks they send out, for a fraction of the price. Which leads me here. I am going to follow the go lower principles for breakfast, lunch and snacks followed by an atkins dinner. Which wont break the bank! I plan to do some batch cooking and freeze portions for the nights I am at work, and on my days off I will indulge in a juicy steak and veg like the good old days!
After struggling with ww and sw etc I realised that for me, I really need to a) be in ketosis, b)cut out junk completely none of this having a ww choccie bar at the end of the day nonsense which only ever leads to binging!
So, in a long winded way, what I am trying to say is, can I come back to the ample atkins bosom? I am going to start a challenge for myself for 100 days I am not to step on scales or deviate from the plan and I am to BE HAPPY and think positive.
