    Hi all

    Tried loads of diets done Atkins today and loved it x come to bed not hungry at all, however lots of spinach ate feel like popeye. Any tips ??? Really want to succeed this time round, waiting for the side effects

    week 1-4 loss = 4.5 holiday inbetween :-(
    week 4-8 loss = 3.5
    week 9 +0.5 :-(
    week 10 -2.5 yippee...getting back in the zone

    3.5lbs away from 1 stone award!!!!
    wedding 5th jan, another 17.5 lbs to go.

    Thank you there is loads xxxx I think I like this diet I didn't realise you could have cauliflower either so I've used that as like my potato and rice lol

    I can eat the cauli mash all day every day lol. It's lovely with a bit of butter, salt and cheese melted in

    I've never tried cauliflower mashed! I've made pizza bases out of it, why varying results, lol. I want some noe with cheese & butter. I will add it to our roast on Sunday. We love the stuff, but usually just boil it with some grated cheese on.

    I had it yesterday as rice with chicken and a homemade curry type sauce it was really nice will deffinately try the cheesy mash with a Sunday dinner can't wait to weigh in on Monday now xxx
