Hi guys, has anyone had a 'cheat day' and then still had a weight loss that week? Also how big was the cheat?
Any cheats i've had (mostly too much wine or chocolate) have set me back 3/4 days and resulted in at least a 4lb water gain so i wouldn't advise it :(
Oh no.... Well today just having such a off day.think it's TOTM soon and wanted to eat everything. Ended up eating a small packet of cashew nuts,and a whole bake well tart family sized one! And now I'm feel really sick
Just put it behind you, dont carry on the binge! If you do gain it will only be water weight and it'll come back off
