Hi all. Can you eat ryvita if you stay within 20g of carbs.

It's not ideal, no. It's not only the carbs that you eat but the type of carbs - it probably wouldn't do a huge amount of damage to have a rubies now and then but it's not recommended or ideal. Try and get your carbs from the recommended veg and dairy.
