Hi. Hope someone there is able to help. Today I have had 3 meals. I am full and don't need any more food. BUT - I have only had 10 grams carbs and only 4.5 of those have come from salad/veg. Can anyone advise me what to do? Should I eat some things I don't really need/want or just call it a day? I don't want to force myself food but I don't want to go below carb allow ace if it will hinder weight loss.

Forgot to add last night, I'm sure I have read something about not eating 3-4 hours before sleeping and spreading your carbs throughout the day (broccoli for breakfast :-)
