This is my first time doing Atkins and I am not sure if I am doing it right.
Breakfast is bacon and egg
Lunch is tuna and mixed lettuce
Evening meal is meat and veg
I have had a pepperoni stick as a snack.
Any help will be great fully received

First of make sure you have read the sticky "so you are thinking of starting atkins" plus get the book if you haven't already. Then suggest you start a diary thread in the diaries section and list food & how you are doing. That way all the lovely people can give advice & comments as you go

Im finding the high protein and fat is working well at keeping me full, really good as im most prone to overeating when im over hungry. Finding the limited desserts (im just having SF jelly and cream) quite difficult though as before Atkins i loved yogurts and fruit. How are you finding it so far? x
