Multivitamins?

Anyone use multivitamins? If so, do you think they help and what ones do you take? I haven't taken multivitamins before so don't really know what i'm looking for and if there are any that are a no-no.

I've always used Sainsburys A-Z multivitamins with minerals. Pretty much always on offer 3 for 2 etc
