    November challenge - what do you want to achieve?

    I'd like to see a little more action on the Atkins forum to keep me motivated - so I'm stealing the monthly challenge idea from the calorie counting forum.

    Anyone up for joining me by pledging weight loss for November? And if you don't want to commit to a certain weight loss, why not pledge to achieve something else this month...? It could be exercise, clean and green eating, or number of days on induction, or anything else that works for you.

    I'm going for 6lbs weight loss..I think that's realistic and will make me happy I would also like to run four times a week in November, which means a total of 16 runs. if each of them averages at 3 miles, that'd be a total of 48 miles. I'll round to 50.

    Great plan! I've just started doing Atkins from s&s so not expecting huge loses.. I'm still 3 1/2 lbs up from my lowest weight after a naughty weekend off so I think I'll go for 8lbs in nov... Plus the 3 1/2lbs which will take me to 18.5

My goal weight date is actually at the end of this month - I'm off to a wedding which will be pretty much a reunion of all my friends from uni, so I wanted to make sure I was at least as slim as I was the last time they all saw me!! Think my original weight goal is going to be a bit of a stretch - I still have another 12lbs to go but I'd be more than happy with another half stone off by then, so that's what I'm going for!
