Day 4 of Atkins for me and a quick question if I may.
I did Atkins about 9 years ago and ate a lot of cheese and I'm finding that I am tending that way now too. Dr A warns in his NDR book that all cheese has carbs and we should allow 1g per ounce, however, try as I might I can't find any nutritional info on cheese that confirms this - more usually it's about 0.1g per 100g!
Is this an American legacy? Can I chomp away at 0.1g per 100g?
