HI everyone, my long story cut short is that last year I did the lipotrim diet where I went from 14st8 to 10st9, I then come off lipotrim and immediately put a stone back on so not being able to afford lipotrim I chose Atkins as seemed like the same type of thing ( ketosis wise) and you get to set which is also a bonus. I lost 6lb with Atkins in a week but none the 4 weeks after that so I got annoyed and stopped. I'm up to almost 13 stone now and I want to do something about it ( not just because it's January) before it gets out of control and I'm back to where I was.
So I think I must have gone wrong somewhere last time because I wasn't over on carbs but maybe I wasn't eating enough fat and protein? I don't know but I'm going to give it another go.
