Hi all can I eat this on induction? I know it's the same as flaxseed which is allowed but my packet seems to have allot of sugar.
It has per 100g
(of which sugars) 2.4g
i used it to make one min muffin so had around 30g is that really 0.7carbs? Is there a limit to how much you can eat? Does it ever stall people? Thanks x
