Aldi Golden Omega milled linseed

Hi all can I eat this on induction? I know it's the same as flaxseed which is allowed but my packet seems to have allot of sugar.

It has per 100g
protein 24.5g
carbs 2.4g
(of which sugars) 2.4g
fibre 27.1g

i used it to make one min muffin so had around 30g is that really 0.7carbs? Is there a limit to how much you can eat? Does it ever stall people? Thanks x
 
This should be fine - just count the carbs. Personally I found 0.5 to 1 mim a day very helpful in induction to keep regular! Any more was a staller for me so just pay attention
