Hello everyone. I've been messing about this last year so I'm up to 10st 12lb. Mostly I stick to low carb as I feel rotten if I don't, but I had some Thornton's diabetic chocolate (I know!) on Monday & my IBS has gone into overdrive.
I have a hen spa day on 19th April, my nephew's wedding & party on 25th/26th April & Barbados on 13th May! Arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrgh!!!
I've been excellent this last week, but the polylols are holding on to my fluid
It will not beat me! I will be getting inspiration from the recipes & peoples stories on here.
