    Which book?

    Hey all, i want the atkins diet to be my last!!.. Ive tried it before with success but think because i didnt really read the book i didnt really grasp it.. I sort of went off what my mum and dad said as they have done atkins with such success.. dad losing 6 stone and mum losing 3. I wondered if it matters which book i get? I found two and i dont know which one to get.. 'Dr Atkins new diet revolution' or 'The new Atkins made easy'? Any advice? Thank you
