Thread: Using mfp and not counting calories

    Hi Really want to come back to atkins woe and I have been using mfp for the past couple of months with not too bad results just calorie counting but now I don't know if I can stop counting! When I did atkins before I just ate and wrote down my carbs and ate a lot of protein and lost weight but when I try to log on through mfp I freak out at the calories but I like the format and how it's works What do you all do?

    Ignore the calories, I tend to sometimes go over and under, once you are in the swing of ketosis you will find that you naturally eat around the right amount anyway I'm athenagold on there if you want to add me
