I am a vegetarian and just finishing my first week seeing a really good loss.

I also tried the rose Elliot version a couple of years ago, which was also good, but tbh, the new atkins new you has very clear concise instructions for both vegetarians and vegans and is perfectly adequate.

Ooh I didn't know there was a veggie Atkins - I'll have a look - is it much different?

There is not a specific version for veggies, just a few special instructions for us and guidance on what to eat with meal plans etc.

In this version "new atkins new you"
