switching from lipotrim to atkins

I am finishing lipotrim due to financial reason but still want to stay in ketosis as I have not reached my goal weight. I know that Atkins follow similar principle of ketosis. can I just start eating atkin approved food and still lose weight or how many calories should i be eating? Anybody done similar thing?

I am in the same boat. Just come off lipotrim but still have a couple of stone to loose. I couldn't hack it any longer.
