Induction low carb buddy

Hey All

I am going to start on Sunday - 1st March - Have been doing low calorie since Jan - lost 10lb but need to speed up the weight loss and I am tired of being hungry all the time. Going away for weekend on 1st April so hopefully 7lb off in the month of March

Hi Bernie,
I'm only on day 3 and 3lb down so happy with that! You really shouldn't be hungry, maybe your not having enough? 7lb is defiently achievable in a month! Kim x

Thats brilliant - 3lb in 3 days is amazing - tell me more about what you have been eating. Whats your goal loss for the month of March. We can start a March challenge!!

It's a good start.... I tend to have a reasonable loss week one and then it drops to 2 pounds a week but I can handle that. I have been eating a lot of eggs, a boiled egg for breakfast with a coffee (I tend to eat and go), mini egg quiches for lunch with a green salad and then chicken wrapped I bacon, beef burger, Thai green curry etc for dinner. I need to be able to eat the same as hubby for dinner otherwise I tend to fail so cooking things he likes but without the carb. Im Struggling to get the water down me though!!

We have our belated Honeymoon on April 20th and I'm hoping to see the 14s by then so in total 1 stone and a half. I would like 10 pounds for the month of March really!! Eeeek!!
 
So I have officially started today.......had a carb fest this weekend - popped on the scales this morning and am disgusted with myself. 7lb off for the month of March is my goal...fingers crossed

Don't worry about the 7lb.... It's all watermen have a fab first week low carbing and you will drop most of that!! You can do it!! Xx
