i would like to be your buddy. or to get into a group . It1s my day 3 and i feel that i am putting weight.

I started on Tuesday but haven't had a shift in weight yet so basically the same ! I think my body is really just used to the low carb way so it's going to take a massive effort to shift this stupid weight ! Have you done Atkins before ? I stopped about a year ago but had success with it then so am going back on to lose the last 2 stone ! Xx

I did atkins about 2 years ago and did really well so I'm very keen to get get rid of the weight. I have 3 stone to lose. Will be starting Monday (as very diet does ) so pleased to have a buddy and some support. X
