Indeed! Just had a squizz at the site and it's changed since I last used it. Don't click on the zero carb foods link. It's just loads of hard sweets and they all lokk lush! Damn it, these sort of things caused my downfall last time. I must resist temptation and not give in to my sweet tooth!!!

You are right Jim. As I said earlier all of these goodies were my downfall last time. In addition to the trots, terrible bloating and wind they caused me to stall big time and gave me back my sweet tooth. My willpower lessened, I came out of ketosis and everything went Pete Tong. Think I'll give this a miss this time around and stay savoury!

Ah im all good, these 'goodies' keep me sane. I have such a sweet tooth that I need something to keep me going. I do try not to have any more than one thing a day though as they do stall me.
My logic though.. if I only lose 1lb a week, but im happy, or I lose 2lb a week but im miserable I would rather lose it slower.
