I am waiting for my Atkins book to come so I'm totally guessing what to eat lol would any of you mind reading my days menu and tell me if I'm going majorly wrong anywhere?

Breakfast- 2 scrambled eggs, 3 bacon and a tomato

Snacks- crabstticks and a small apple

Lunch- tuna and mozzarella salad with light mayo

    Snack- some ham

Dinner- chicken breast stuffed with phili and wrapped in bacon with cauliflower and broccoli cheese which I found on this app

I've also had a can of lilt zero... Thanks guys!! Any suggestions for breakfasts would be much appreciated

    No lilt zero allowed afaik

Full fat Mayo rather than light

    Apple?? Definately no!!

Fat and protein only and you can't go wrong!!

Coke zero and sprite zero. However they can stall some people so trial and error here. I'm beginning to worry they might be stalling me so I shall be giving them a miss for a week :-(. Let's hope not...I do enjoy a bowl of chicken wings and a coke with ice!!!

Still in phase 1 after 4 weeks and 25lb lighter! I'm planning in stating in this phase for bout 4-6 months or until I lose 4stone.

I just got tesco own brand cream soda today. It's sweetned with splenda and no citric acid!! Great :-) plus it's only pennies for 2 litres
