    Egg fried 'rice'

    For one..

    Chop about half a head of cauli into rough florets (I just use the knife to try just shave the tops of florets off)

    I use my ninja to brum brum it a bit..till it resembles rice (a few pulses with shakes in between)

    Pop into a covered micro container micro for bout 3-4 mins then leave to sit with lid on few mins.

    Heat oil in pan then tip rice in there while stirring (it absorbs the oil immediate)

    Keep stirring then crack an egg and keep stirring vigorously until well combined and looks like egg fried rice!

    Serve with yummy curry sauce and be happy :-)
