    Cauliflower rice

    Had cauliflower rice and curry for tea...BORK! It was more like the texture of couscous and was horrid! Don't think it was cooked but followed the microwave instructions...any suggestions?

    They are buy one get one free in tesco at moment so I have 2 to play with, will give the frying a whirl, maybe mash too!

    So after you grate the cauli do you just fry it in butter Moonlights? or the you microwave it first? x
