    Unhappy Bachelors CupASoup

    Hi everyone,

Was wondering if you could help me,
I slipped up today and had a Bachelors Cup a soup (Tomato). I've now checked the carb count and realised that it's 16carbs for a sachet, anyone know why this is? Surely it's just water with flavoring? Am I being completely ignorant? If so, what could I have in it's replacement?

    Thanks in advance

I suspect it has cornflour, sugar and starch in it. Coca cola is just water with flavouring but it's very high carb!

Atkins is about eating natural whole foods as much as possible so try making your own soup - try a chicken stock base with low carb vegetables perhaps.

If you need an instant soup - miso soup comes as a powder and is pretty low carb (check the pack).
dieting is hard. being overweight is hard. choose your hard.
