1 can Libby's solid pumpkin (Aldi or Lidl American section)
1 tspn cinnamon
2 tspn ginger
1 vanilla pod
200ml double cream
I used 20g Splenda granuals, maybe too sweet so use less, recipe said 3/4 cup :-/
Mix it all together and bake in a pie dish at 180 for 40 mins. This came out at 6.9g carbs 15.2g fat 3.8g protein. This was using that amount of Splenda! Fibre was 2.1g.
