Roasted garlic, cheese and bread

This is not a strict Atkins recipe but I have just watched Lorraine Pascale (IS that her name?) on the tele make this amazeballs dish.

She basically made bread which could be substituted with flax bread.

She then chopped the top off a bulb of garlic, placed it cut side down in a dish and added rosemary, bay leaves, salt, pepper, 2 chunks of butter and olive oil. Roasted for 30-40 mins in the oven.

She baked a whole Camembert and served the bread, cheese and garlic as a dish.

I'm not sure Camembert is permitted but this could easily be substituted with goats cheese right, along with the bread substitution.

It looked AMAZING and I will be trying this in a week or two.
