    Started diet two weeks ago tomorrow and already lost a stone

    Hi im new to this but joined for support, i started at 15 stone two weeks ago and now im 1lb off 14 stone would love to hear your success stories to keep me motivated and how you did it?

    Had a 1 month break. Now a fresh start on 30th April 2012.

    Short term Target: To have lost 2 stone in total by 25th June.

    Week 16: -5lbs
    Week 17: +1lb *

    Start Weight: 21st 9lb! Eek! Start Date 30.4.2012

    13 weeks til my Wedding. 1st Goal = lose 32lbs by then!
