    Total Weight Loss: 122lb
    Weight to Lose: 44lb
    % Lost 38.13%

    120 lbs lost since last year.

    Ok I've lost as said I'm not done but the difference is scary. My wedding photo us from 2008 not my heaviest but heavy and the grid is February this year to now just over 75lbs difference there. It can be done!

    My goals
    Drop back to pre surgery weight (182lbs)
    Fit in 14s with out feeling bloated.
    Cut out all sweeteners and sugars that are refined
    Eat more healthy fats (nuts fish etc)
    Fit in size 12 comfortably
    Not to put on weight in America (there for a month) (put 4lbs on not bad)
    Fit in 10/8 comfortably
    Lose my wobbly tummy
    Lose my muffin top
    Go on Sun holiday and love wearing a bikini.
    Get rid of all old clothing that's big
    Find a balance between happiness, food, and exercise
