1st picture,The round line under my jacket is my stomach!! Pic 2,3,4,weight piling on! Picture 6 I was 1.5stone to target! Picture 5,7 size 8, picture 8 target Taken May 2012 in Spain .

Hubby also does SW, and since these pictures were taken he gained about 4-5 stone!
Doing healthy eating together has helped and spurred each other on at times of no weight loss or a gain. <3 <3

This is hubby winning "Miss Slinky" since this picture hubby has lost another 2 stone, making his weight loss to a total 6st 7lb!!
