Sorry for the late reply! I'm more than happy to bore anyone with the details of how I lost the weight. And I'd love to hear other people's stories! I've just bought my first size 10 tops!! :O I haven't followed any plan in particular! I have tried them before and for me they just do NOT work!! I don't find them sustainable! So I just through out the rule books and made my own up!! :)

This is exactly the same as me, Its been working for me so far but you give me hope that I can go all the way with it! and you did it so quickly too!

Lost 2 1/2 stone since jan. I basically eat what I want but have smaller portions and track calories. try to eat under 1700 but vary the amount each day to keep my body guessing!

How many calories did you eat or did you use a different method?

Thats fantastic!! how are you feeling? I was spurred on at first then after a while I became confused! Shopping has been a nightmare. I'm finding it hard to adjust to my new body! After years of covering up and not being able to look at clothes it's like I have no style! I'm never happy unless I'm in the gym trying to build muscle or burn of calories. It's very addictive!! I think I eat around 1000. It's not much but I'm always full. I eat little and often. And not after 6 at night. If I'm hungry.. I eat something.

Im feeling alright, Im just starting to lag with motivation - I want it all off and I want it off now lol!

I love exercising but my life is a bit hectic atm so there isnt any time for it. I look forward to getting back in the gym in month!

I bet clothes are weird, knowing what size to pick up! I would love it though, I love shopping and fashion!

OMG. How amazing. In 6 months. That's insane. Please reveal how you did it. I can't believe it x

Haha don't under estimate the hard work I put in. If you really truly want to make the change you have to just DO IT! The day you quit making excuses is the day you will have cracked it. I'd compare it to being an alcoholic. I can't have rubbish food in the house. I don't buy things like low fat crisps or low fat chocolate bars. I have one treat night a week and I portion control what I have. I literally live for treat night. I bulk make lunches and things like that. So I always have roasted veg soup, bolognaise and cottage pie in the freezer! =D and more importantly I've made the important decision to put myself and my health first... Before everything! :D x

Ok I may steal the bulk lunch idea. What sort if thing did you have for treat night? Did you do a lot of exercise? You have done soooo well.
