    The hard work of maintenance started on 15/6/09 I finshed LT and refeed at
    10st 7.6lbs. (Lost 48.2lbs on LT - 71.9lbs altogether since my heaviest)

    I started out Sept 2009 at 211lbs. March 2010 i had lost 53lbs which had me at 158lbs....Restarting my final diet after gaining weight due to two new jobs, Boobies, a divorce, a new relationship, a new house. Phew! at 181lbs on March 30th 2011.

    Update! It is now Sept 9th and i weigh 165lbs! yay!!

    Update! It is now Oct 15th and i weigh 156lbs! YAY!

    Do it as soon as you can Elizabeth - before you've lost anything and as scotttye says make it as unflattering as possible. Not only to give you inspiration but also so that your 'after' photo is as different as possible

    Well after finding a couple more pics tonight, decided to add another Before and Nearly there hope it helps!

    Before I was just under 24 stone, white t shirt is around 16 stone, black shirt at 14 and half - 15. 12 and half ish is my goal.

    Lost 10 stone previously on a VLCD of my own. Put 5.5 stone back on after 2 years off of it. So back now to start Exante

    Start weight = 20 stone
