Thought I'd throw in my two cents in an attempt to keep myself on track...

The hard work of maintenance started on 15/6/09 I finshed LT and refeed at
10st 7.6lbs. (Lost 48.2lbs on LT - 71.9lbs altogether since my heaviest)

Target weight = 13/14st (14 was my original weight but it's when I feel comfortable this time)

This is one of the real motivating factors on this site for me - the before and after pictures.
When I start to doubt myself a bit, I have a look at the inspirational slideshow. You guys have done amazingly well, you should all be so very proud.

As at 15/05/10 - 5 stones lost
Target - get into the 13s (only 1lb to go)-
achieved 29/05/10 (13st 12lb)
Next target - get to 13st 3lb (which will mean 6 stones lost) -achieved 24/06/10 (13st 2lb)
Next target - get into the 12sachieved 28/06/10 (12st 13lb)
Next target - get to 12st 3lb (which will mean 7 stones lost)

Was bored and BRAVE lol, thought I would do something to show progress so far. Started at 23st 3lb (July1st 2009) currently I am 16st. I want to lose another 2st. Once that is done, I will be waiting a few months, keep doing my 6 day weeks at the gym, then go private for plastic surgery to remove what ever is left as an overhang on my stomach. Each Pic on the left is Sept 2009 and on he Right is April 2010.
Excuse the boxers, they are kinda big on me lol,
