id just like to add that the first pic was taken in Jan 06 when i weighed 18 st 12 the second pic was taken yesterday 11.02.07 and i weighed 14 st 7
I lost a lot of the weight last year before having a break (of about 5 months) and then decided to finish what i started. so since Jan 8th 07 ive lost 26lbs.....im still a size 18/16, but i started off a size 24!!
I hope these pics inspire you as much as they do me...i never want to go back to how i used to look!!!
I also apologise for looking like a mardy moo and not smiling!!!

Those are lovely before and after pictures. It definitely does not look like the same person!

I've definitely had people not recognise me ... I grinned at an old schoolfriend across a shop for ages recently thinking she'd come over - she just looked alarmed and left hurridly. I went after her to explain but she'd disappeared - goodness knows what she was thinking! lol

Those who do realise it's me tend to be a bit shocked (pleasantly I'm happy to say). However, I've still got about 3st to go so I'll update the 'after' bit when I get there
