BUT, as you rightfully say - if there is any doubt - just have a look.
I was the original 'not a snowballs chance in hell' person when starting this and time has flown - sure there have been ups and downs and crikey, we all know how private lives can play havoc with determination!
BUT the turning point was realising - am doing this for me, because I want it and not for anyone else - then whatever other people may have done to me emotionally in the past, became like secondary and not primary influences in my life.
It may be selfish sounding, but to that extent, living your life is a totally selfish experience, no one else can do it.
and you're right - I feel so much younger (won't go into the details, my threads done that but wahay - such energy), I am so much more comfortable, I am so so much happier despite the ups and downs or just plain normal life - and my arms seem longer (look at the pics LOL)
oh - and I like myself a hell of a lot more - and thats the pot of gold for me
everyone has done so well it is deffo an insentive to keep going.
