Has anyne tried these or know anything about them...
Are they low carb like cambridge or more like slimfast.

Well I have been to asda and stocked up, gonna give this diet a go. I have signed up to the website for biggest loser and it looks good. I have opted for the meal replacement option so will have 2 shakes at breakfast and dinnertime, with snacks in between, low GI fruit or salsa hummous (?sp) and veg sticks, then a meal on a night and a low fat yogurt.
I am going to really hammer the gym and have bought a dvd for in the house so I have no excuses.
I will keep you all posted on how I am going.

Day 1 today the plan is
Brekkie - biggest loser shake and an orange
Dinner - biggest loser shake and veg sticks with salsa and hummous
tea - turkey with steamed veg and sweet chilli sauce
snacks - ww yogurt and fresh pineapple
the biggest loser site gave me 2100 calorie allowance for the day but i have changed it to 1200 as i want quicker weight loss.
will be back later to let you know how i get on, i am gonna give claire nasirs dvd a go as i am stuck in the house and cant get to the gym as my daughter has swine flu!!

Well what can I say, did do day 1 perfect and exercised but my god the shakes are repulsive!!!! I ave tried some things in my time but they are the worst! Wouldnt be as bad but they arent even low carb I might as well have a slimfast at least they taste nice. I couldnt tell what flaour I was drinking they were that bad !!!
Going for cambridge shakes Monday, just going to try and stick to it till April when I go away, need to shift a lot by then.

I found the same as well, they were replusive.No matter what I tried I was vommitting so I am with you on the change. Good luck

just had the bar it was awful .....looks like its going to be a bad seller guys

how much do you have left of the diet , its a shame when you've paid out .
I once brought some vlcd diet stuff off the net it was awful , i still have it , thats why i'm careful what i do now as you think your getting a good deal but your not .

I went and got some cambridge shakes. I am having 3 a day and a protein meal on a night.
Still gettin weighed at slimming world as this is what I want to do long term, just using the shakes as a kick start although I would love to do them until my holidays but 11 weeks is a long time on these!!! Started Monday so only day 3 today.

Take it a day at a time , i know its not easy , otherwise we would be there now hehe .
I did join Sw last year , its great diet but friend could not carry on and joined ww yesterday which is good , if i could i'd love to do 2 stone Cd then switch to ww as i know i could not carry on too long on CD makes me low .....
But great idea , i was not going to tell people in the group what i was doing at sw but my willpower was not there i don't think it was even there to do SW at that time last year , but this year when my friend asked i thought yes , and i feel i want this as i have about 6 stone to lose ouch .

I started on monday and so far have had 3 of the biggest loser shakes. I actually like them! Think its because I used to drink protein shakes which are so much worse! lol So far have had the vanilla, mixed berry and banana - not too keen on banana shakes though! Never have been though xx

I think the snack bars are more like protein bars really. Not feeling smaller yet. Just been to the gym (first time in 7 months) and made me feel even worse about my weight because I used to be a right gym bunny but have totally lost my fitness levels!![]()

yes just build it up , i do my stepper at home, i'm on and off of that and as i lose more weight i will be able to do more.

Yeah the exercise will be easier the more we do and get used to it. I was thinking about starting a zumba class at my gym but dont think I could go on my own! lol

thats one of the best work outs i have seen , i utubed it , have a go before you go ... hows the shakes coming on ?
