Started today, had shake for brekkie, snack bar for snack, fruit crunch bar for lunch now having rice with chicken and veg for dinner xx

Im starting this today, i needed something different than the norm, because you get to the stage where you think you know it all, and with this being new to me 'I dont' know it all.

can someone explain to me what the biggest loser diet is about. do they give you an excercise plan and meal supplements?
i am thinking agbout it but i tried simfast last year and it really didn';t work for me. i think i would rather try the GL. Whatever happens i need to excercise![]()
