    Started today, had shake for brekkie, snack bar for snack, fruit crunch bar for lunch now having rice with chicken and veg for dinner xx

    I'm doing the Biggest loser too (although I have the slimfast meal bars because they are cheaper!) so far i've lost 2 stone so it really does work!

    can someone explain to me what the biggest loser diet is about. do they give you an excercise plan and meal supplements?

    i am thinking agbout it but i tried simfast last year and it really didn';t work for me. i think i would rather try the GL. Whatever happens i need to excercise
