Hey guys, I'm not following the biggest loser diet plan but I do watch the program to spur me on... Im calorie counting and working out... Hoping for decent results after changing from slimming world. Just to let you know if you google watch the biggest loser you can watch the American version... All 13 seasons... Some real inspirations there.
