    wow this is spookie i have bought the dvd and while im just watching it and im surfing on here i find this wow thats really weird im going to do the exercie def for my weight its spot on and the diet not seen that bit yet

    I bought a couple of the Gillian Michaels DVDs and they are pretty good but I have had to modify the workouts for health reasons. Her 30 day shred is brilliant and doesn't take too long to do each day.
