    Day 1 ...upper body workout.

    No idea where am goin other then wanting weight down, weighed in at 19st 3, on.home scales. Wanna be 10 stone. No diet yet..one small step at a time...need loadsa. support an advice...*

    Hey Linda, try myfitnesspal to start with. That's what I'm using at the minute and I have to say it's working brilliantly for me, so far I've lost 13lb on it. If your living in the uk did you know that your doctor can prescribe exercise, basically they refer you to your local leisure centre and they set you up with a 3 month free membership, which includes using all of the centres facilites. I just started yesterday at mine and I must say I'm so far enjoying it, so much infact I was up at 7am this morning waiting on it opening at 7.30am before I went to work.

    I hope this helps you out. Deffo check out myfitnesspal.com you can go into the community forums and look at success stories to see how much weight people have lost using it.

    P.s I started out at 19st 9lb, and I'm currently 18st 3lb.

    Thanks so much for that advice. My doc never really been helpful stuff like that, but ill ask again soon..will have a look at my fitness pal.Very well done to you gor weight loss etc*

    You are more than welcome, deffo go and see the doc and ask him you want his help for, there are so many different ways he can help you, not just with exercise. Small steps is all it takes to get the ball rolling. Good luck chick :-)

    Saw a doc who suggested i consider a weightloss operation like bypass..she said they could add me to waiting list. No way want to be cut open, if cant do naturally...think gotta see diff doc...)

    I started at 19st 13lbs. Had gastric band and now finishing off with slimming world. Only a couple if stone to go now
