Poundland have some Biggest loser dvd's.:)

I love Biggest Loser but never watched the US one, is that somewhere online, or just youtube?

Is it worth watching all the previous ones? Is that too much? lol

You can watch new ones on NBC.com the day after they air, but not sure where to watch old shows. You'd have to google that and see if they come up someplace.

Just so you know. The ones in poundland are the BL UK exercise dvds. I got 2 of them.

Biggest loser uk has been axed. So I'm watching USA. I love jillian too. I have her podcast, I've learnt so much!
