Biggest Loser Meal Replacements
Hi I've just bought an 11 day meal replacement plan from *******, I'm about to start it tomorrow. I was a bit mislead into thinking that I would have all the food needed for 11 days and I'd just cook one meal a day. But the pack only contains enough for 2 BL products a day (2 meal replacements) each around 200cal each. I eat 1200 a day on a calorie restricted diet, I plan on having a shake or smoothie for breakfast, fruit for elevensies, a meal replacement bar for lunch, a healthy dinner, then low fat desert such as sugar free jelly or frozen yoghurt.
I'm just wondering if anyone has sucessfully lost anything on the BL replacements?
