Another day ......

Hi all.

I'm new to all this.
Anyways, I started w/w in about Jan this year .... was going well but suddenly fell off the waggon. Anyways i'm hopefully back in it now.
I have ate absolutly loads today and I still have 6 points left after dinner. Here for today then:

Breakfast: Cornflakes 30g
Skimmed milk 0.5

Mid morning snack:
Carrot & Cucumber sticks 0

Lunch: Soupful chicken & veg soup 2.5

Yay I've just started. I've been trying to diet a little for a long time now but it's never really worked for me.
but a couple of days ago I started a new simple calorie counting diet, and not really changing what I eat but how much of it I eat which i think is my really problem, and so far feeling great, I have about 3-4 stone to loose but i'm not weighing accurately i'm just going to measure my waist and hips every couple of weeks. that's what i really want to moniter apparently i...
