One whole month on!

Well - I have been on this plan now for a whole month and have lost 17lbs. I know I'm not going to carry on losing at this rate but if I can average 3lbs a week I'll be really happy.

Have just finished my AAM week which was weird. I didn't want to have a "meal" as such, I just added some veg and chicken/fish to my soup. I have been eating a lot of the thai soups - put chilli and thaibasil and coriander in the soup and added pak choi or spinach or baby courgettes. Didn't really...

Im a Newbie!!!

Hey guys.....im very new to this....basically im not happy with my weight and would love some suggestions as to what i should do??? im not sure what diet would suit me best.... would love to hear from you all x
