Well its day one and can feel hunger but nothing that isnt going away with a few gulps of water!!!! Just waiting for that day 4 when my ketones kick in!!!

I lost 4lbs this week the back!

This week I have been busy righting goals, I have got 32 reasons for being slim at the moment. They will go into my scrap book when I get round to making it.

I had my first American football match as a cheerleader on Sunday, I was exhausted!
Spending all that time in the sun and all that jumping, 500 calories just don't cut it!

I have also got a Wii fit today. I have a wii fit age of 20 not bad for being 21...

I had my bypass 12 weeks ago weighed 30 stone,have lost 8 stone in 12 weeks now 22 stone but had to go back after 6 weeks to have stricture removed scar tissue covering the new pouch,still now unable to eat almost antyhing,thus the massive,too rapid weight loss.
Does anyone have any experience of this problem?I am still unable to eat more that a couple of tablespoonfulls of soft food a couple of times a day and I want to know how much longer this will go on?
